Police in Omaha arrested Jarrell Milton, 12, Tuesday July 7th, after an interstate manhunt that lasted over a week. The minor is a suspect in the murder of a a man named Jamymell Ray, 31, who was shot dead on June 29th during a drug deal gone wrong.
According to Omaha police, Jarrell, alongside his brother Jamar Milton, 17, and their friend Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, shot the man in Omaha, Nebraska as he met them at a park to sell them drugs. They didn't want to pay for the drugs, so they shot the man and his partner. Jarrell was the last person to be caught and all three teens are have been charged with first-degree murder.

"It's incomprehensible. It's unbelievable when you think of somebody who's 12 years old, seventh grade or sixth grade, and being charged with murder for having a gun - approaching somebody and using that firearm with two other people that also had firearms," said Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine.
