Former President Goodluck Jonathan alongside the former first lady, Patience arrived Port-Harcourt in style and were welcomed by a massive crowd at the Port-Harcourt airport.
There is an helicopter on standby which will convey the President and his wife to Otuoke, Bayelsa.
