Saraki: Confusion in Senate as President swears in 2 Senators for Niger District
Confusion has hit the Senate after it emerged that President, Bukola Saraki swore in two different persons to represent a single senatorial district.Mohammed A. Garba and Mustapha Sani Mohammed are both representing the Niger South Senatorial District after they both claimed to have been elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).Garba was sworn in when the Senate was inaugurated on June 9, 2015, while Mustapha was sworn in on August 12, according to Daily Trust.
