Boko Haram Terrorists kill 30 in Niger

Boko Haram insurgents

Boko Haram terrorists have killed 30 people in Niger after an attack on two villages, sources say.
The insurgents invaded Lamina and Ungumawo in the Diffa region on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, and also set houses on fire during the attack after shooting at residents of the area.
"In all, at least 30 were killed. Some of them died when the houses were set alight," a security official told Reuters.
Another official in the area, Bulu Mammadu told the BBC that the victims included women and children who had been shot dead in two different villages.
This comes as Chad launched air strikes against the sect following twin suicide bombings which killed 33 people in N’djamena.
Chad and Niger are part of a five-nation force which is set to be launched to combat the sect’s activities.
